Team Meetings

TEAM Meetings are specifically designed for Word of Club leaders. As a club leader there will be many meetings that you will be required to attend, but none as inspirational and encouraging as our TEAM meetings.

Each of these TEAM meetings are planned to provide you with much needed:

T - Teaching

E - Encouragement

A - Accountability

M - Motivation

Teaching

Teachings on relevant topics characterize each TEAM meeting. The instruction, discussions, and practical applications greatly benefit your leadership team.

Encouragement

Encouragement is what can keep you going. Attending a TEAM meeting can provide you with the boost that you need. An idea from another leader, fellowship with others in a similar ministry, a time of praise and prayer, a dynamic lesson offering insights into a specific area of ministry; many of these sources of encouragement are found at TEAM meetings.

Accountability

The TEAM meeting is design to build relationships among leaders and our local area Missionaries to help you be the best leader you can be. Your accountability relationships with others do much to build you and your ministry.

Motivation

After meeting with other club leaders, enjoying a time of fun and fellowship, sharing your prayer and praises, and learning practical ministry helps and ideas you find yourself motivated.

We schedule four Teaching, Encouraging, Accountability and Motivation times four times per year. The meetings will be held in November, February, April and June. Please visit our Calendar of Events to obtain the exact dates and locations that these meetings will be held.
